**The following speech occurred in 2016 and recorded later in 2023.

This marked a significant milestone in my journey as a CMF Designer, as it was my 6th year in this field and my first experience delivering a public speech on CMF Design. As the CMF Manager at TCL (Alcatel), I was kindly invited to speak at Master Batch Asia in Singapore, a conference organized by Applied Marketing Information (AMI).

AMI stands out as one of the leading market intelligence and conference organizer, known for its contributions to the global plastics industry. The conference featured an array of speeches centered around the plastics industry, presented by experts from various sectors. I had the distinct honor of representing the design field as one of the few speakers. Given the predominately supplier-focused audience, I took this opportunity to share insights into Trend Research Methodology, providing a glimpse into how designers make decisions regarding CMF Design in our workplace.

Now with more than doubled the experiences from 2016, I have recognized the importance of stronger collaboration between designers and suppliers. Should I be granted the opportunity to speak at a similar conference in the future, in addition to sharing sights on Trend Research Methodology, I would conclude my speech by encouraging suppliers to explore opportunities for enhancing engagement with designers. Numerous industry leaders have paved the way in this regard, offering guidances and illuminating the path forward.

Lastly, I am filled with gratitude for the chance to share my knowledge in CMF Design, which opened the door to countless endeavours in the future to come.
